Chandler Christian Church

Chandler Christian Church has been serving the community of Chandler, Arizona for over 80 years. The church has steadily grown since it was originally founded to the 3000 that now regularly attend. We are a non-denominational, independent Christian church that strives to help everyone find an ever-deepening relationship with Christ. We are a purpose-driven church that offers seeker-sensitive worship services and an entire ministry dedicated to maturing each believer into becoming more and more like Christ.

As a part of that effort, we started both marriage and parenting ministries several years ago to help strengthen the families within our church and within our community. We have been privileged to serve hundreds of families since the inception of these ministries and we look forward to continuing to serve marriages and families in our community.

We recently consolidated the two ministries into one ministry, which we call “Home Life.” We believe that the practice of our faith needs to start at home if we are going to succeed as Christians in spreading the Good News. Our marriages and our families need to be sources of strength and encouragement in our daily walk and our spiritual development.

Since the marriage is the foundation of the family, we really focus our ministry’s efforts on encouraging couples to invest in their relationship in order to be better partners and better parents. We offer pre-marital classes that cover all the bases of a Christian marriage. We encourage all engaged and newly-married couples to participate in our marriage mentoring program to make the foundation of their marriage as strong as possible. We have recently started offering the Dynamic Marriage program. We are really excited to see how this program is helping couples improve their relationships and reconnect with each other’s basic emotional needs. For couples that are struggling or facing a crisis, we also have a marriage reconciliation class. In addition to these on-campus classes, we provide several small group studies on marriage for both couples and small groups to use in their homes. Three times a year we host couples events that are meant to give couples an opportunity to have a good time in a safe and uplifting environment with other Christian couples. For parent education, we offer one-day workshops a couple times a year to interact with parents around various topics important to Biblical parenting.

We really want to support couples in succeeding in their first calling as spouses and as parents by educating, resourcing, and encouraging them through their journey.
