Helping Kids Include Kids With Disabilities

Knowing how to minister to a family with a special needs child can be a challenge. Often other children and even children’s ministry staff shy away due to lack of information, understanding, and tools. In the manual, Helping Kids Include Kids with Disabilities, Barbara Newman does an excellent job of informing leaders of how to teach children, other families, and their staff ways to really meet the needs of these precious families. Barbara gives practical information about common disabilities and even provides lesson plans to use in the classroom.
